Prada case study

This work is an in-depth analysis I conducted on the luxury brand Prada, covering its history, identity, product offerings, and marketing strategies. I focused on Prada’s global market presence, particularly in China, and how the brand has maintained its competitiveness through digital transformation and engagement with younger consumers, especially Generation Z.

Additionally, I proposed a Shanghai pop-up store campaign for Prada’s holiday collection, designed to empower modern women by offering personalized services and interactive experiences. This campaign aligns with Prada’s long-standing image of promoting independent women while creating new opportunities for the brand in the Chinese market.
